On this initial consultation we’ll uncover what you’re feeling called to develop. Then I’ll create a personalized development plan outlining the key topics, practices, and ideas I believe will help you advance on your path. This plan is designed to support your growth, but never limit it. Each mentorship session begins with space for you to open up and share what’s been unfolding since we last spoke. The calls remain open and fluid, guided by where you’re at emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. This touchpoint allows me to help you process experiences, emotions, and any challenges you’re navigating.
In the second part of each session, we'll explore a new teaching, tools, or practices to help you expand your awareness and integrate your learning into daily life. You’ll also receive “soul home work”—personalized tasks, rituals, or energetic practices to embody the shifts we initiate together. You'll be amazed at how our energy works together... most weeks the exact practice or homework I prepare for you, provides an answer mirroring exactly what you open up about in the beggining of the session!
