There are moments in life that leave a mark upon the soul. Heartbreak. Abuse. Loss. Trauma. Grief. Accidents. Surgery. NDE's.
Periods where survival becomes the priority and parts of our soul escape from the harsh reality of the human experience.
Over time this can feel like disconnection from joy, purpose, intuition, creativity, confidence, or a sense of belonging within our own lives.
Soul Retrieval is a sacred healing practice that works with the energetic and spiritual dimensions of these experiences. Whilst we can try to fix everything on the surface, the Shamanic principle of Soul Retrieval seeks to remedy the soul. With the understanding that if we have an issue at soul level, it will continue to manifest externally in our lives until it is resolved.
In this session, I venture to the spiritual realm, calling home the aspects of self that may have become fragmented through life's challenges.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you were before fear, pain, and conditioning forced you to forget. Returning your lost power, calling it home.
